Cathleen comes to the real estate industry with an extensive background in sales and marketing. As a 28 year resident of South Walton where she and her husband, Nick, were blessed to raise their four children, Cathleen has a true love for what makes this area so special and is able to offer her clients an abundance of insightful information regarding the area, neighborhoods and the most current local real estate market trends arming them with the knowledge they need in the purchase or sale of their valuable real estate investments.
